OTIIMA
Much more than a window
OTIIMA is a maison devoted to a single, exacting idea: the disappearance of the frame. Its minimalist sliding systems reduce aluminium to the slightest possible presence, so that glass — and the light it carries — takes centre stage. Built around accuracy, aesthetics and engineering, OTIIMA achieves some of the finest sightlines and highest performance figures available, for architecture that prizes transparency and restraint.
Fusion
A window with no visible frame at all.
The Fusion system is OTIIMA's masterpiece: a sliding window with no visible rim profile whatsoever. Integrated entirely into the surrounding finishes — floor, wall and ceiling — it appears to merge with the architecture itself. A concealed gutter drains rainwater even in extreme conditions, and in leakage testing the system reaches an exceptional class, seven steps above the standard — fittingly, a winner of the 2017 Innovation Award.

Ways to Open
The frame disappears; the choice does not.
Retractable sliding
In its horizontal-pocket form, OTIIMA draws the sliding panels fully into a cavity within the wall — opened, only the opening remains, with no frame, track edge or glass left in view.
Pivot opening
Where a sliding run is not the gesture, OTIIMA pivots — a tall pane turning on a concealed axis, opening as a single clean plane of glass with the same minimal frame.
Motorised & connected
Any OTIIMA slider can be motorised, on every series, with the drive set at the head, to the side or inside the frame. An electromechanical gear motor under encoder control glides the panels at a touch — by piezo switch, remote or home automation — while an obstacle detector stops and reverses on contact. An exclusive clutch disengages to manual at any moment, and the included backup batteries carry it through a power cut.
One switch
Tied into the home's automation, the glass becomes part of the house: one button closes every window and lowers the shutters, and the panels close themselves when the air-conditioning starts, the wind rises, rain is forecast or the alarm is armed. Light, glass, curtain and shutter answer to a single switch, a phone or a tablet.
Glass Without Limits
Not every wall is straight — nor is the glass.
Sloped glass
OTIIMA carries its minimal sliding up a rake, cutting the head of the system to the angle of the architecture. It is made for sloping and skylight situations — gables, lean-tos and double-height rooms glazed edge to edge, with no frame to break the line.
Curved glass
And where the plan turns, the glass turns with it. OTIIMA bends the glazed wall around a radius — a rounded corner, a bowed façade — with the panels still sliding clear. Luminous and playful, it is among the most demanding things a glazing system can be asked to do.
